Where the West is reinventing itself
The Spreesight ensemble is part of a new urban quarter in a unique waterfront location between the Spree and Landwehr Canal. Spreestadt Charlottenburg is expanding City-West to the north. Well-known IT and service companies, official tenants from public authorities, healthcare facilities and educational institutions are currently settling in the newly developed areas on the waterfront. The Technical University and the Fraunhofer Institute in the immediate vicinity are promoting the development of the area into a hotspot of economic dynamism in the city.
